This town has drainage dips all over the place, I sometimes carry 3-4 passengers and/or heavy loads and don't want to deal with any rubbing at all, and I am pretty happy with the way the 16X7's +40 and 195/50's fill out the wheelwells. I also go fishing a lot and drive some fairly rough roads occasionally. |
i think that u should do coilovers so u could do a little drop n still compensate for those reasons:D

Hmmmmmmmm, now you've planted an expensive seed:). |
ive planted. now u let it grow :)
|
dam... i kinda like it
|
i think it looks good even without a drop
|
^ yeah man...
|
Wheels look good and is that a Corolla/Matrix antenna?
|
I like the yellow wheels on the VBP, not feeling the windshield banner... everyone knows it's a Honda from that giant "H" on the grill.
|
like the FIT cuz i ahve a VBP one too but not feeling the yellow unless you add more somewhere like yellow seats or something

Thanks! Yellow is my favorite color for cars and since I couldn't get a yellow Fit, I got my yellow fix another way:). I'm also an air show junkie and have always liked the Navy Blue Angels color scheme. |

Thanks! The new wheels/tires filled out the wheelwells better than I expected they would. I might even try adding some mild spacers in the back to get them out as flush as the fronts. It's a cheap investment if it doesn't work out. Not sure if that would add any undue stress to the bearings/suspension, etc. |

Thanks! Yep, it's a Corolla/Matrix antenna. I was getting crappy FM reception with the stock shorty and this one improved it significantly. I don't listen to FM much, but it was a cheap mod for when I do. |

Thanks! Yeah, I might be losing the banner or replacing it with something else. Who knows, it's always going to be a work in progress. |

I've thought about adding some more yellow, maybe yellow emblems and other details, but I like the way the wheels pop and thought adding more yellow might detract from that. Might try the yellow emblems and see how that works. I have some Coverking neoprene seat covers, but they're blue and black because I bought them way before the wheels. If I bought them now, they'd be yellow. thanks for your comments |
wow man I love those wheels.
and cool idea about the antenna, i mostly listen to AM, so I may give it a try. |

Thanks! I'd be rollin' in a mini if it had more room, but then it wouldn't be a mini:). I spent about two hours the other day on the mini website. They have several thousand ways to build one because there are so many options. |
I too am digging the yellow on blue look. Great contrast. I bet it looks mean when its rolling.
|
yeah man you should do coilovers :D
