Talking My new '09 White Jellybean on a photo shoot!

Well, the weather was perfect today to wash my new Taffeta White '09 Fit Sport and cruise around and take a few pics.

(I only live in a really small town and a lot the things around here are old and not so great for photos, but I tried. )

After I washed my new Fit, I wanted to show y'all the new mods/upgrades I've put on.

First things first, here's my tint:

Here's my new FitFreak license plate frame:

Here's my new Honda armrest:

Here's my cargo cover:

My ClearBra (I covered the entire hood, lights, bumper, lips, etc. It's invisible):

Locations -- 1st, City Lake Park:

The local golf resort:

At one of the local furniture company showrooms:

Let me know what you think. . .

Sorry, TW is the best color, hands down. What % is your tint? 35?

I agree -- TW ftw!

My tint is 35%, highest legal tint in our state (NC).

I just saw in your sig that it's a manual--how do you like the armrest with the stick? Thoughts on the armrest in general?

The original factory armrest worked ok for me, and I've had the car on a couple of 350 miles trips so far. It prevents arm fatigue and is comfortable for shifting.

But it is really dinky looking and I wanted the unit with the sliding top and storage. It is even more comfortable because it is padded and quite a bit wider, not to mention it looks fantastic in the car and matches the interior well.

The old armrest looks like just a cheap afterthought by Honda. It's better than nothing, but not good enough for many owners.

Hey really nice photoshoot of your car and places around your town. I am also from a small town and it is hard to find interesting backgrounds but that dresser took the prize! Glad to hear you are enjoying your car and the tint looks great! What is next?

Thx for the feedback!
  1. My tint - it's 65% blocking / 35% light transmission which is what's legal here. Yeah, I wanted it a lot darker and that's all they said they could do.
  2. Glad you liked some of the scenery. I don't have anything spectacular like you lucky guys in CA and FL.
  3. The dresser - LOL At first I wanted to take that picture with no other cars around except mine and then caption it "Honda Fit - ACTUAL SIZE"
