Enkei RPF1 16" wheels on my Honda Fit GD3
Hi,
I just got my Fit GD3 a few weeks ago. I thought about this car when it originally came out in 2007 and I finally got it now. I am loving it so far.
Here is a stock picture:
Here are a few pictures with the Enkei RPF1 16" wheels with 205/45/16 Bridgestone Potenza tires. The fender gap is very visible now with these wheels so I ordered H&R Sport springs and KYB shocks.
Getting the exhaust done on my car:
Custom Magnaflow cat-back exhaust:
- Magnaflow muffler
- Resonator delete
- pipe changed from resonator to the tip with 1/4" increase in diameter
- no shiny tips
- painted black for a clean look to match with the black Enkei RPF1 wheels.

hmmmm
not to talk to much ish but why would you spend like 1400 dollars on wheels and tires and then do such a janky job on your exhaust. =/ even a modest axle back would look much nicer HFP or otherwise. My opinion. its your car and your wheels are nice welcome to the forum

DAMN that was exactly what I was saying too. Why add to the sportiness of the car with very expensive nice wheels but not do an exhaust with dyno proven numbers? Odds are more likely you lost hp with that.

Thanks guys for your honest comments. I see your points because I went through those steps in the past.
As for the exhaust and not getting a dyno-proven exhaust, I went through that exercise with a lot of cars in the past getting dyno-proven and expensive exhaust vs. building one according to specs that I want with the muffler of my choice. I've done dynos and so on. Through those exercises I've learned that I can equal gains (or equal no gains) and equal sound quality by going custom for half of the price. Also with the custom setup, I can play around with the setup. For example, I can decide to put a glass-pack if I wanted to reduce the sound a bit; on the other hand I would feel bad doing something like this and cutting into a bolt-on exhaust system.
As for looks and HFP looking better......I wanted a look that does not stand out.

I lowered the car. I did all my mods within 30 days after purchasing the car.
- Enkei wheels and Bridgestone tires
- Magnaflow custom cat-back exhaust
- H&R Sport springs (lowering 1.6") and shock replacement
- Karcepts shift knob
Now is the time to enjoy.

You joined this site before you owned the car!?, WOW.That is some insane creeping . Enjoy the car while it is base, because soon enough you will find yourself knee deep in mods.
