JDM coilovers vs. USDM coilovers
I need to know if anyone can give me any information regarding the differences between JDM coilovers and the USDM GD3.
I need to know if there are any differences in bolt sizes etc. etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated. |
The jdm front strut that bolts to the hub assembly are smaller than usdm.
Other then spring rates, I think those are the only differences. |
I was told it was the rear bolt, and its only the rear shock bolt thats a different size.
Its smaller. DO A SEARCH, CHRIS! |
I got you covered Chris.... give me about 1hr and I`ll get the 100%info that you need..... I told you what you need on the front but I`m waiting on the rear:wavey::popc::vtec:

OK 1hrs up:p:wavey:..
The part # crossed and they are the same bolt in the rear.. so you`ll be fine.. you`ll just have to modify the fronts:popc: |

the difference is the bolt size. youll have to drill the front holes to 14mm and in the rear you will have to use a washer or to to space the shock and the rear H beam. the opening is larger in the usdm so youll need a couple washers, but the bolt is fine.
I just installed my Mugen SS |
