Gd3 Big rear camber ?!

Next summer I will be rolling on some schmidt TH Line and the spec on the back is 15x9 +18 on 185/45. So all of you that are running low offset wheels with camber, which technique is the best? Washers trick, the ingalls or spc rubber thing or any other good idea??
