Spring question

Hey guys, I am sure it's in here somewhere but I coulld'nt find it. Will GE lowering springs work on on GD? I am trying to get Eibach sportlines but all these vendors are telling me Eibach discontinued those springs for the GD. If they are the same then I guess its good bye for both. Any input would be greatly appreciated. :D

GE and GD springs aren't the same, but some people have used the same springs across both generations. I don't know if they had to modify it or what, but keep in mind the spring rates are probably different too.

It's not that hard to look up the springs so I did it for you...

A 2 second search on Google yields this: Amazon.com: Eibach 4.6940 Sport line Kit Springs: Automotive

Then cross-reference the part number directly from Eibach's application PDF: http://performance-suspension.eibach...plications.pdf

And you have the part number you're looking for: 4.6940

Google that and find the cheapest, or just buy the one on Amazon. Just because they're discontinued doesn't mean there are no more for sale.

Good luck.

Hey man.. You are my hero. I went ahead and ordered them from amazon. I guess alot of companies drop ship from Eibach so they couldn't get them. I was hoping somebody has them in stock. The shipping was kin of high but at this point I don't care. Thanks again man,
