Mugen Coilovers? Pictures? Thoughts?

Still real new to the forum. Purchased my GD3 about 2 weeks ago, and I'm loving it. Looking to find some nice suspension soon. This is my daily driver, so I can't be slammed or scraping but I do want a clean drop on it. Been looking into the mugen coilovers, anyone have any pictures or comments on them? Im open to any other pictures or suggestions on coilovers.

Thanks,
Logan

Which Mugen coilovers?

Mugen 5ADJ. 5-Way Adjustable Suspension Kit - King Motorsports Unlimited, Inc.

Mugen Sports Suspension Kit - King Motorsports Unlimited, Inc.

They aren't height adjustable or anything, but they'll be of the utmost quality.

Probably the sport suspension kit, only for money's sake. I haven't seen any pictures of a gd3 with them on. Don't know if the drop I'll get would be worth the money. They say 1 to 1.5 inches...doesn't sound like much of a difference..

Man, why are so many people obsessed with slamming the hell out of their Fit?

1.5" is one hell of a drop for this car in my opinion. People also need to realize there is such a thing as lowering a car too much. If you lower to a point where control arms are no longer parallel with the ground you can induce negative handling characteristics.

Not to mention, it can seriously limit your ability to run various wheels and tires down the road as the Fit doesn't have a ton of clearance to begin with.

thats where rolling/pulling/flaring of the fenders come to play :p

there was a guy over east running them (sghmike?) and he loved the damper rates they are set at.

honestly they are pretty much the same as the J's racing and spoon version but has a softer rebound rate. Spoon is a step up from stock but J's racing would be the best all around from spirited driving and daily.

drop should be similar to that of swift springs. im running the j's sport suspension, and love it.
