Not my car, but same coilovers. (REAR)

Questions:
How do I lower the ride height?

What I tried:
Jack car on jack point, remove wheel, and try to spin with tein spanners, but it wont budge... that spring is tight.. xD

Any tips? Do I have to jack up two sides?
