Skunk 2 Pro C's super stiff
So i managed to get the rears slammered by taking out the perch and both rings so it's just the spring sitting in there. The shocks are screwed down all the way so that there's about an inch of threading left. But it's SUPER BOUNCY.
Question is, how should the shocks be adjusted for shock travel? Thinking the car is riding on the bumpstops.. I'm guessing these weren't designed to be riding on the spring themselves.. |
raise it back up

you answered your own question lol

only way to remove bounce without replacing is to take off the rear shocks, go to a machine shop, and have them step down the threads about 2-3 inches. This will pull the rod back out to its designed area, and still allow you to run your lowering springs

I think the shocks aren't damping enough. I feel like the springs are stronger than the shocks.
