nice ride buddy... i have 195 55 r15 tires on stock rims at stock height.. planning to upgrade to 15 *7 and 35 offset.. i want the wheels within the fender , specially the front ones... just wanted to know, does this offset makes the wheel come out of the FRONT fender line ?

 

You'll be fine with 35 offset. I have +25 offset. and i Sit just flush with the fender with my current set up. +35 youll be fine. And offset is what makes the wheel come out more or go in more.
