The 67.1mm and 73mm measurements are the hub bore diameters. That's the size of the hole in the center of your wheel. Factory wheels are 56.1mm hub bore. You will need hub centering rings (aka hub-centric spacers, etc.) to make up the difference in size. Most wheel retailers have them, they're cheap. So, either size is fine. Here's a link explaining more:

just as an fyi, j-mags are HEAVY wheels. i was getting 38-40mpg easy on my gd3 with 15x7 slips (205/50/15) then that got knocked back to 28-30 with the 16x7 j-mags (205/45/16). gotta admit though, j-mags are good looking wheels... i wish i could afford legit m7's though lol

This site:
Rota Weights
Shows a 15x7 J-Mag weighing 13lbs. Factory Honda Fit Sport Alloys in 16x6 weigh over 19lbs. Everythings relative!
Sure, I'd rather have Mugens, but I wouldn't spend that much on wheels for my daily driver myself. Gotta think of replacement costs in the event of theft or pothole/curb damage, etc. Also all the other trick bits I could buy with the difference. Uh, and daily crap like rent/food/cable/phone/blah-blah-blah.
Sorry, I know it's a tired old debate, "real" vs. "fake", but look at the wheel weights mentioned for the Mugen M-7 in these posts:
http://www.wheelweights.net/wheel-weight-weight.pdf shows J-Mag & M-7 at 13.0lbs each, which seems to be the consensus...
http://www.audiworld.com/tech/wheel22.shtml (mentions M-7 brittleness?)

Usually, forged is much better than cast, but I think the center is the only forged portion of the Mugen M-7, whereas the rim is spun. Yeah, I know the Rota is cast... most "fake" wheels are, but it's light enough (at 6lbs better than stock) and I doubt the O.P. is planning on clippin' chicanes on his way to a faster lap-time at the local racetrack.
Could be wrong, though. Am a lot. Also, drinking NOS all day makes me wander through the web researching way too much just to make a point!
Have fun everyone, and buy Mugens! or Rotas! or whichever you really want, 'cause it's your ride, not mine. I'm stuck between Enkei RPF1s, Rota Slips, TRM C1s, 5zigen FN01R-Cs, or Rota R-Specs... I might never be able to decide.

i don't know the validity of those weights but then again my j-mags were 16's not 15's.
when i pulled off the gd3's oem alloys then lugged over the j-mags there was a significant weight difference. i didn't have a scale but my skinny arms told me the j-mags were heavier lol

if you wanna keep it light, look at the weight of tires too (but that will take time)
i know my feathers were waaaay lighter in 15's then the 16's so i went that option. i think the weight jumped from 15 to 16 on every wheel i looked at.

TireRack lists tire weights by size. Since you should go for the same overall diameter for continuity of gearing, fuel economy, ride height, and speedo/odo readings - 205/55/15 matches the stock 185/55/16 the best.
Since the stock tires are skinny, they weigh around 18lbs. The lighter 205/55/15 tires weigh around 19lbs.
Use the comparison feature at TireRack's site by picking a size and then check the compare box, then look at weights - some weigh as much as 22lbs, so it's worth looking at prior to making a decision.
