Kosei K1 Racing vs Rota Attack

I'm looking into purchasing a set of used wheels for my 2007 Fit and have 2 options:

1. Rota Attack 15x6.5, +38 offset
2. Kosei K1 Racing 15x7, +38 offset

I would be paying $75 more for the Koseis. My question is- which would be the better buy? Are the Koseis better wheels than the Rota Attack? Is it worth spending an extra $75 for the Kosei? I will be using them in the street only (not on the track).

according to this, at 10 lbs the rotas are 3 lbs lighter per wheel. Thats what I would choose.

for comparison, an Enkei RPF1 15x7 is 9.something lbs, but over $200 a wheel.

no idea on difference in quality though.
