GD3 Base Tires?

What's a good tire available to the GD3 base wheel?

They'll be mainly ran in the Sept-March time frame. I take my nicer wheel and tires off around early Sept because of the roads and construction.

What's good that I can squeeze onto my 14's on my GD3?

the short answer is for you to go to the tirerack.com website and do all your research based on the tire size. It is a great place to start all your tire research, and for many people, a great place to finish their purchase as well.

There's a decent amound of good tires in 185/60/14, both performance and all season. Not sure what kind of weather you have to contend with.

Michelin Pilots come in that size if you don't mind paying for it (~$400) and from what i've heard are an excellent tire.

The weather I'll be dealing with mainly in the fall, winter and early spring is rain, snow, hail.

Typical midwest, Ohio, Mother Nature can't make it's mind up weather. I don't really want to run a performance tire when the snow comes. The stock wheels get put back on for the bad weather, roads and if my summer wheels get a flat or something. I think I'll look at a good A/S. I don't need to go to Tire Rack, I know quiet a few tire shops and have friends at them. I can get a good enough deal to make tire rack invalid.
