Hi there, I'm looking to gauge interest in better designed undertrays for the GK5 series Honda Fit front undertray. My OEM piece tore off due to snow, I replaced it with an aftermarket one but that was garbage and is now dragging... Fun... Taking into account the aerodynamic improvements of undertrays (some as high as 15+% mpg), I'll likely be making either an aluminum or plastic/polymer front undertray with improved attachment design (if possible), as well as other possible requests as well. Except there is nothing wrong with the stock plastic under-tray. Just replace it if you want to use it. Also if you upgrade to a metal panel then you will need to upgrdade your fasteners. The stock plastic clips will not hold a large heavy under-tray.

I would just replace it with the stock parts. Upgrading that for any reason at all is overkill.
