Back Yard Special Replica Spoiler For The Fit GD or GE
im on 17's and still get the same mpg as i used to with stock wheels. ~45mpg
Your immaturity definitely speaks volumes about your character with a comment like that to say the least, but given that both the Honda Civic (has been in production for 37 years) and the Honda Integra (has been in production for 22 years) have had numerous years to develop said "respect", you surely cannot expect the Honda Fit, a vehicle that's only been in production for 8 years to be an overnight success.
With that said however, given that the Honda Fit has only been in production for 8 years, and given that it already has numerous companies such as Mugen, J's Racing, Spoon Sports, Skunk 2, Kraftworks, etc. already producing parts for it, I wouldn't be so quick to say that the Honda Fit got the blunt end of the stick.
The fact that North America only received the Honda Fit as early as 2007, and that it differed vastly from it's overseas counterpart is definitely not helping the situation at all, but that shouldn't be a deterrent.

I SAID IT ON PAGE THREE OF THIS THREAD, back when i thought we'd eventually see this happen - now i'm older and much wiser - good luck to us, but i'll doubt we'll ever see this happen
all of the spoon style spoilers require u to drill and not utilize the stock mounting holes, which is what the other dude was interested in
If you're wanting to increase or keep your current MPG you should stop modifying your Fit immediately, as the reason this spoiler was initially created by Backyard Special for the 1992-1995 Honda Civic Hatchback was to help increase down force, not increase the overall MPG of the vehicle.
Obviously however, Backyard Special didn't feel it necessary to create such an aggressive spoiler for the Honda Fit, because if they did they would have created it many moons ago when the Honda Fit was initially released overseas in 2001.

tell me how you really feel? You don't know me, so you don't know that what I type and what I think are a little different. I didn't mean civics and integras are stupid, I was expressing the fact that Civics are, IMO, not as good as a Fit in any way, shape, or form. That's all. In what way are Civics better than a Fit? Please explain this to me. Don't say shit like 'oh well the Si has 197hp' who gives a shit? For the same price as an Si I can have a Fit with highboost supercharger that will destroy that Si. Fits > Civics. End of story.
