MATERIAL SPECIFICATION & DESIGN
Every materials used are carefully selected to ensure the best performance and safety. The brackets are made of 4mm to 5mm steel plates, while the hollow steel tubes and oval tubes are of 1.2mm to 1.6mm thickness. These materials are selected to ensure the bars are rigid and strong to maintain constant geometry at all times, yet safe enough to crumble during an impact for safety reason
All our raw materials has been made and tested with satisfactory result.

What is the diameter of the rear sway bar for the GD and do you have any pictures of it mounted to a USDM/CDM spec model? The reason I ask is due to certain GD bracing from Ultra Racing could not be used for the USDM spec GD due to the bracing's length.

 

16mm and 19mm and that Rear sway bars does not work on the GD.


and some bars need modifications. ( lower 4 point, front and rear) you might want to add that in your post.

 

Lemme confirm all this info with UR to verify.

to solve the rear sway bar issue, we carry Progress 19mm. fits the usdm GD.

you can find out from mike barton. i have sold several bars UR back in the day to people on fitfreak, one of them was a sway bar and it didnt fit.
