Nice! i just received mine for my GD, but i probably won't be installing it till summer...
So far, overall quality seems great, but there are some things i like less:
Sharp bend in chamber (you guys don't have that apparently)
Silicone tube and coupler have a cheap look, but yet they are'nt... bracket also seems cheap...
funny looking welds, bt i'm no expert
Filter is a lot smaller than my k&n...

But i think it really make the engine bay sexy as hell! they don't make the "twisted" filter anymore?

The intake does a pretty good job of filling out the huge empty space from where the stock intake was. No, I'm not expecting miracle numbers on hp gains (that's the least I would expect on simple GE bolt-ons) but the longer intake tube/pipe + chamber do look interestingly sexy and potent

Honestly, my homemade SRI feels pretty good on butt dyno... but for you GE guys i would be worried that the MAF negates your gains... you would have to mess with tuning to see actual gains...

so the intake piping goes towards the front and then loops back towards the back? interesting. I guess this design helps eliminate the lag of a short ram intake. how much would one of these intakes normally cost?

is the catchcan pictured from top fuel too?

Well the retail price is 37590 and the current exchange is 82/1 so some simple math would say in $...$458 and change. And it comes in either the red as pictured or in blue.

EDIT: Found a place online here where the price is 28200 + shipping, so say 30000 give or take. About $93 off the price above. I so wish the $uck would gain some strength (like at least even), well it has a tiny bit as it was down to 78/1 for a couple weeks very recently.

^^ Thanks 555

Anyone interested?

EDIT: just a heads up... it may take up to 3 months for the intake to get here

Where are all the A/T GE owners that were looking for CAI???

exactly what I'm thinking too and since there is no CAI offering for A/T GEs... this could be the best or even better thing.

I think i would be in for this but if RACELINE has progress on their SC then id be out because id have no use since im saving for that and i already have a custom intake setup. But tentatively put me on the list, this thing looks hot esp with the catch can., id get it in blue!

good point on the saving for the SC... I am on the list too

It has been a let down for intake manufacturers like Takeda and such as their CAI is only designed and can only fit manuals.

ty to Shiro for posting the images... this TopFuel looks to be a winner...

If you consider this a CAI then the PRM intake is also a CAI as well... I wish there was a dyno sheet on this intake just for fun
