AC issue
On my 2007, my AC compressor isn't cycling. I have a gauge and the system has pressure, I've checked the fuses and they are good.
the fan on the condenser turns on when the AC button is pressed, but the clutch doesn't cycle at all. The low and high pressure lines don't get cold or hot.
not sure where to go from here. I know on other vehicles I had, we could jumper the compressor and it would kick in.
Options?

You said you read the pressure but did not state what it was on the low side. If it is low then the compressor will not cycle. If also could be other things like the compressor relay or a fuse. Pressure is the first thing to check.
There have also been some people that have had too much clearance on the compressor clutch and it would not engage. Removing a washer / spacer fixed their problem.

High mileage?
Test for power at the compressor (if no power check for clutch relay problem)
Test field coil resistance (open circuit is bad)
Check air gap between clutch plate and pulley face (gap increases as parts wear, too much gap and the electromagnet can't pull it in)
Test for power at the compressor (if no power check for clutch relay problem)

There are two fans for the radiator/condenser....are you saying only one of the fans turns on when you try to run the AC?
Both fans are supposed to run.

Unsure, but the the AC button is depressed, a fan turns on within 1 second. The cooling fan does indeed work as well

3 fans must turn on when you turn on the AC:
The blower fan in the dash HVAC housing
Two fans on the radiator
If any of these fans do not operate when you turn on the AC, that's a problem.
If all 3 fans operate when you turn on the AC, that's good.
Return to reply #3 and test control circuits for the compressor clutch.
