Hatchback doesn't stay up anymore
 
My Fit is a 2016. The hatchback won't stay up anymore. Anyone else have this experience? Is this typical?

The little shocks that hold it up have probably failed. My 2012’s still hold, but I don’t use the hatch often, it’s not a super rare problem

Look on Rock Auto: ~15$ a piece. Easy fix!

Those gas struts are essentially consumables. they're not hard to replace.
