need help with HID's
 

New to the site but not new to hondas thats all I have had since before I even started driving and never had a problem like this! I got an 08 fit sport I got NEW 8000k hid kits from my homeboy, I got them for the headlights n fog lights. NOW FOR THE PROBLEM, fog lights work fine I plug the headlights up and they just light up clear, so i was thinking something is wrong with the blubs then my homeboy plug them in too his ballast and they light up blue like they are suppost to, so i switched the ballast around (plug the headlight in to the fog light ballast witch are the same type) and the samething happens they just light up clear can u guys help me please it almost seems like the power source of the cars headlight aint strong enought or something along them lines can u guys think of anything? any help is greatly appreciated
