I am sure there are people here running higher watt bulbs without issue, but you always run the risk of shorting something out or melting a harness. Is it worth the risk to get only slightly brighter lights? I know for me it isnt. Also the higher the wattage a bulb is, the shorter the lifespan is.

i don't know, it ain't cheap, for the price, i would want to get something that's been there for awhile like piaa or raybrig

i have bought these in 1999 on a maxima and they are still working
so they def last a long time and they are higher wattage on my maxima which is old even. but i guess ill have to try them in high wattage on my new fit.
