no. 1 on the list -- took all of abt 3 seconds to key in. my guess is you won't find fitfreak.net among the 987 million entries.

edit: oh d@mn, i guess now you will...make that 987,000,001

Hey, that's a good blog, found the second entry to be what I'd already said to someone else...since he was a known person in a known area, and then he'd stupidly announce his travel plans. I told him he shouldn't do that, and he thought *I* was creepy.

*I* am not the one to be worried about. It's the people that we don't know that may well read our posts about travel plans and have bad intentions.

Maybe some of the other members will check out that Top 50 to find out more information on how to help to preserve their privacy. Find out what is and isn't something to protect more carefully.

And what methods are effective at protecting that privacy.

I suppose one place to start regarding the original post, would be to find out what exactly is recorded in that "black box". What is recorded? Anyone know? Have links?

Rather than worrying about everything (which I am very good at doing, LOL), let's get back on track to the black box in Honda cars.

What are the pros and cons of whatever is recorded? How are they helpful? What kinds of privacy do people feel is invaded?

This thread has drifted all over the place, so I may as well keep up with the trend. I just started reading the Official Ubuntu Book, and the following principles come from the Ubuntu Code of Conduct:
  • Be considerate.
  • Be respectful.
  • Be collaborative.
  • When you disagree, consult others.
  • When you are unsure, ask for help.
  • Step down considerately

Good advice for all of us.
