Sorry, I'm all for charity auctions, but I prefer not to patronize artwork that looks like a 5 year old painted it. :rolleyes:

It matches most HoB decor though. Well, at least the one in Chicago.

Beautiful car. I love color.

From the door and hatch openings, it looks like its "birth" color is white. But then I look at the mirrors and under spoilers and they are red...

Anyone have access to Honda's IN-network to plug in the VIN to see what the actual color is "supposed" to be?

It definitely will get some attention - I don't think anyone
would bid on it if they were just going to repaint, it though.

Umm, no! One or two tone, fine... racing stripes like a Mini, fine... this? NO!

The artist might be a well-known folk artist but imho the Fit isn't a good canvas for him. I think the pontential buyer is either a fan of the artist or will repaint/resell the car.

Yep... originally, it was Tafetta White (plugging VIN into Honda's Owner Link):
VIN / HIN: JHMGD38617S000079 - Honda 2007 Fit Sport 5 Speed Automatic, Taffeta White, Beige/Black.

The fact it was a US Sport with a Beige/Black interior pretty much nails it as having to be originally white, as no other Sports offer that color interior.

Poor thing. I don't care if it is for a good cause. That's just one fugly paint job.

That has to be by far, the most ugliest car I have ever seen! When you open the door and have a white doorjam... DUH, should have started with an orange Fit. And whoever painted it should have been slapped in the head! Who puts a Green rear door with the rest of the car orange? What a moron! They really need to go to art school and learn their colorwheel!

To whoever buys this poor Fit... Please either repaint it or enter it in a smash-up-derby and put it out of it's misery! It's just not nice to let two-year olds paint on your car.

If I hadn't already bought my Sport, I would definately try to buy it. To any fan of "The House of Blues" clubs this would be a great car. It's paint job is just like the ones in these clubs.:cool:
