What other fun cars did you own before or still own with your Fit
#41
At this time, I have a '93 Miata (black & tan) in addition to my '09 Fit Sport (MR). I've had several of the cars already mentioned over the years. Here's a partial list, in the order I've owned them:
'79 Honda Prelude
'78 BMW 320i
'85 Dodge Shelby Charger Turbo
'88 Acura Integra Special Edition
'90 Mazda Miata
'87 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3-16
'00 Toyota Solara SE V6 MT (TRD springs & swaybar)
'03 Toyota Matrix XRS
'93 Mazda Miata
'09 Honda Fit
Of those, the Miatas have been my favorites. But the Shelby Charger, 190E 2.3-16 and Solara were also great fun. The TRD suspension really transformed the Solara.

I have owned 7 vehicle in the past 10 years. Sadly, only one was really "fun". Tho I did have a lifted Jeep Patriot that we took on some trails a few times. That was fun offroad, but on road it was as boring as it gets.
My fun car was a 2003 Corolla 5mt. I know, sounds like a grandma car right?
Not quite tho, it had some mods.
TRD supercharger (with custom 10psi pulley)
Injen CAI
Greddy e-manage blue for tuning
Snow performance water/meth injection
DC sports header
magnaflow header back exhaust (no Cat)
Exedy 3 puck racing clutch
fidenza flywheel
TWM short throw shifter
Poly motor mounts, control arm, and sway bar bushings.
TRD springs
And a bunch of other small odds and ends that I can remember.
Sadly, I spent more time modding, and took hardly any pics. Here's what I could find tho.

I have a 98 Prelude along with my Fit. The Prelude was my previous daily driver until I decided I needed a more economic daily driver so I got the Fit.
Now the Prelude is my weekend/race/project car. I do frequent track racing and the Prelude is really fun for it. It's fully stock now but it still manages to be a great handling car.
The Fit is fun to drive and handles very well, but it is nowhere near the Prelude's handling.
