4x100 vs. 4x114
Is it safe to put a Wheel with Bolt Pattern of 4x100 to a car with 4x114 bolt pattern?

not unsafe, just impossible. bolt holes wont line up and you wont be able to mount them.

No but you CAN have the wheels redrilled or use adapters. Keep in mind if you use adapters it's going to change the offset.

another question:
GE8 Honda Fit's RPM is really high can this be adjusted? anything to lower its rpm (its gearing ratio?) high rpm might be why honda fit's mpg is not great... |

that very old junk looking company car a 2000 Nissan Altima GXE, revs at 2300 rpm at 60 mph while the fit revs at 3000rpm. At 80 mph the nissan revs at 3200 RPM...and it has 254,000 miles !!!! :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused: That OLD 2000 Nissan Altima GXE (automatic) is like a HYBRID !!!!! at first I thought the gasoline gauge was not working , that needle almost never moves, it almost never eats gas--- BUT UNFORTUNATELY it WORKS !!!! I WISH Honda Fit's RPM can be adjusted !!!!! (and i drive that Nissan HARD---80-100 mph, not my car its the company's !!!) The only way i can get a good mpg with the Honda Fit is to drive between 60-65mph always air condition OFF...(highway) turn on A/C and drive above 70 mph your mpg will suck *I use premium full synthetic eneos 0w-20 (sustina)* Definitely not a Nissan person but they got it right..... |

Taller tires is an option. We get our best mileage @ 65 also. Hate being passed, usually end up around 34mpg, lot's better than the 18mpg the truck gets.

May be this pinoy drive in the fuckin city that why he doesnt see the great gas mileage that the fit get and also its nothe way you step on the gas its also the way you brake

2000 Nissan Altima: 18mpg city 26mpg highway rated.
Most online stats agree: 2000 Nissan Altima MPG Reports | Fuelly It does have a 16 gallon tank, so maybe that's why you think it gets better gas mileage? You know the Fit has a tiny 10 gallon tank right? I can go further in my wife's Chrysler than the Fit but it has a giant gas tank, it definitely doesn't get better gas mileage. In all this complaining you have yet to say what your gas mileage was on the Altima, if you say 35mpg i'm sorry but i'm going to have to raise the BS flag. |

I drive as conservatively as possible on the Fit to get good mpg Did you READ what I said.. I only get good mpg on the Fit if I drive between 60-65 mph (highway) A/C OFF!!! In the city stop and go the Fit mpg definitely sucks especially with A/C turned on !!! With this small engine the Fit should also get good mpg in the city but it doesn't!!!! ----------------------- @ Wanderer I am speaking on personal experience, that 2000 Nissan Altima GXE drives like a hybrid, No reason to lie... |

What sort of fuel economy do you see in each car? In what way does the Altima drive like a hybrid? I'm assuming you've never driven one before. You've raised the effective gear ratios of the car by putting smaller than stock tires on. Braking has a massive role in fuel economy, it sounds like you fail to realize this. |
