RAN-up from RSR

Anyone ever use this product. Ive been reading lots of reviews and they all seem to have dyno proven results. Also J's Racing seems to be offering the same product without the oil carrier. Im waiting on my bottle to come in

$50 for around 5whp is cheap. Every review seems to have a dyno sheet attached so this could be legit.

I did a quick calculation and if this stuff could get 2 more MPG's (~5% better gas mileage) a $50 bottle would pay for itself over 10,000 miles, which is about the recommended oil change interval for our Fits.

Rsr says you only have to use half the bottle for 4qt of oil (the fit runs 3.8) so one bottle is two oil changes.

Nice, I missed that part. I get my oil changed at the dealer because they gave me a 250,000 mile powertrain warranty as long as I get all the servicing done there. Plus I like that they check over the entire car and they have a very nice waiting area (coffee, doughnuts, 4 big screen LCD TV's with the remotes sitting around so you can watch what you want to, etc.). I wonder if it would overfill the engine oil if I just added this after they're done each time.

Sounds good. I was reading through their web site trying to find out how much is in each bottle. It looked pretty small in the pictures.

Thanks,
Dustin

krunk, I noticed on the other thread that you said you just ordered some of this. Please let us know what you think of it. I think I'll get some for my next oil change coming up in a month or so.

Thanks,
Dustin

RS*R sponsored a dyno day in Socal so that people could try this stuff out when it was first released last year. A lot of people were satisfied with the results. They really wanted to show people that it wasn't snake oil and even went on different forums to invite people down to try it out (at no cost).

I have no experience myself, but have been curious about it since last summer.

Hey krunk,
It's been a couple weeks. Did you get the Ran-up yet?

Yeah its been in my oil for about 200miles....omg feels like it's reving a lot quicker and there's almost no ticking sound to the engine at all. I'm driving it like I stole it and still averaging 33mpg which is 2 higher than my last fill up.
