have not done it yet, but thats my next plan cause since i have dropped the car the head lights suck...when you get them on or when someone answers your question about putting them on let me know at the JDM BBQ how they were installed...i really need to hook up the headlights:cool:

8000k is what you went with? The light output, while better than stock, isn't that great. IT's purple, which, is harder for your eyes. The road signs will light up great, but, actual usable light is dramaticaly cut

i have a set, i jsut got some new bulbs too, got a new set of 6000k, and they are super freaking white with a hint of blue.

8000k is actaully more of a bright blue then purple FYI.

I'm running an 8000k bulb in my Honda CBR, and, it's more purple than it is blue. But, that could also be cause the bulb is getting older. But, After buying it, i wish I wouldave gone with a lower temp.

Yea you'd definitely want to run between a 4300-6000k on your car, which is easily fixed by just getting different k bulbs. However, i'll always say this, an OEM retrofit is much better than any HID kit and will yield better results, but most people don't want to spend that much money.
