I feel bad - I'm driving my fit too much!
Do any other Fit owners ever feel like they put too many miles on their car? Especially when new (or new-to-me)
I purchased my new (to me) 2013 Fit Sport 5MT in Silvahhh on March 28, in Vero Beach, FL with 14,152 miles on it. I drove it home to Jacksonville, about 250 miles. Over the course of the next week, I ticked it up to 15,000... even though my work commute is 15 miles daily or less. I took a trip to Tampa this weekend, and now I'm at 15,600. The previous owners put 14,000 miles on the car in 1 year 8 months, and I put 1,500 on it in 10 days! I love to drive it though! So much better than my old 97 Corolla :vtec: |
I felt that way when I first got my yazz. Now, almost 8 years and 65k miles later, it's no big deal :P

Ah, it's a machine, not a display in a museum. It's meant to be used. The plus side of overusing the Fit is that it's fun and costs less to drive than most other cars.

That's really not that many miles, drove 28,000 miles in one year and that felt like alot :(

I bought mine in November 2010 with 0 miles.
Today I will pass 120k miles on my way home from work :o I bought it to drive it. I don't really care how many miles I put on it. |
I bought a '15 Fit and put 1800 miles on it in the first 4 weeks even though my commute to work is only 6 miles each way.
Your use sounds about right to me. |
I drive 40,000KM in a year. And that is why she is dying in the garage as we speak.
