FUSES to remove When FLAT TOWING

Hi... New to Forum and apologies if this question has been covered in earlier posts. I have purchased a 2019 Fit LX with manual transmission to flat tow behind my motorhome. While the owner's manual does not specifically state it is necessary to remove fuses, I believe some owners have done so to prevent the battery from running down while underway as the car must be put into accessory mode. For those of you who have flat towed your fit, what specific fuses (numbering location) have you removed, if any. I intend to purchase a battery line charger kit from etrailer which should help by providing a 15 amp charging circuit to the toad battery though the 12 volt hot lead on the 7 pin trailer hitch. Just wondering what others with more experience have done. Thanks in advance for any information you can offer....

Just remove the TWO fuses that are removed when the vehicle is shipped over seas
They are the PDI fuses

IIRC its accessory and backup

If looking on the engine fuse panel, they're the two fuses on the diagram with a BOLD box around them

I tow my 2017 Fit EX MT, and only have the two interior fuses on a quick disconnect switch that I mounted on the dash. It's a Roadmaster FuseMaster 76512 dual fuse disconnect switch. It shuts off the radio display when you put ignition switch in accessory mode for towing. I use an RVi charge unit wired under the hood to keep battery charged. I installed a Stay and Play braking system in the engine compartment so only have to flip on a switch and we’re ready to tow. I’m towing behind an Itasca Navion Motorhome on a Sprinter chassis. Takes about 10 minutes to connect to MH and be ready to tow.

The 2019 Manual shows the fuse removal procedures on page 406 thru 408 of the Owners Manual. Look in the index under Towing a Trailer and the Motor home towing info if immediately after that section. Here is a screen shot of the fuse info...

You don't need much of a trailer for a fit,, and you can back it up.. I hate flat towing cars.. But its personnel preference..
