FS: Chicago - 1990 Acura Integra GS - Great beater or project car!

I am looking to sell my 90 integra.

I picked this up as a cheap daily driver after my Evo was stolen until I found my fit. I have no need for it anymore so it's time to sell. I really enjoy driving it, and after only putting about 1500 miles on it, I'm gonna miss it.

The Good
-New Aftermarket Clutch ~ 6000 miles
-New Brakes ~ 6000 Miles
-New Fuel Filter ~ 2000 miles
-New Vacuum Lines ~ 2000 miles
-Trans Fluid Flush ~ 2000 miles
-New Plugs ~ 2000 miles
-New Valve Cover Gasket ~ 2000 miles
-New Cam Seal Gasket ~ 2000 miles
-New Speedo Cable ~ 2000 miles
-New Cap/Wires ~ 2000 miles
-1993 ECU ~ Wired for VTec swap
-Front Lip ~ needs to be painted
-Coilovers ~ dont know the brand but the car sits pretty low
-Aftermarket CD Head Unit
-Tasteful Exhaust - Louder but not a fart can
-DC style Header
-Aftermarket Intake ~ Not sure of the brand
-New rear tires

The Bad
-2 15" integra wheels, 2 14" steelies
-No carpet in the car ~ was going to replace but decided not to
-Driver seat is worn
-Needs an alignment
-CEL light is on ~ Possibly the O2 as its not hooked to the ECU (what
previous owner told me
-ABS ~ Has been disabled
-NO A/C ~ has been removed
-Seatbelt Tracks ~ disabled in the locked position
-Rust on the quarter's ~ its a Honda after all =)
-Random dings/dents
-Trans will grind a bit going into gear if you try to shift too fast. It may just need a fluid change.
-Not really a negative to me, but the clutch grabs very hard, it will take a while to get used to

Asking $1200 obo, but I am flexible. Has 207,xxx miles, but pulls very strong. One of the few times I got on it, it hung dead even with a friend's 06 v6 accord.
