brand new, made out of abs plastic. bought it, but decided to go with something else

Does this line up with the factory bolts? Is it unpainted?

i have yet to see if it fits directly over the factory bolts.
but yes brand new unpainted

Only problem I foresee with this spoiler is that the middle 3 holes will be exposed...
