Williamson Honda, Lincoln, NE, USA
Just picked my MR Fit Sport MT today from Williamson Honda in Lincoln, NE.
This dealership was outstanding to work with. I worked via e-mail with the Internet Manager for about a month while I waited for my car to arrive. There was no hassle in the price, and they gave me a very fair value for my trade hassle free.
Just an FYI - I saw a VBP Fit Base MT on the lot. He also said they had another MR Fit Sport MT on the way if anyone in the Midwest is looking.
Too bad the weather sucked so I couldn't really take the car out and drive it. Fifteen minutes after getting home, it started to hail at our house, and heavy snow is in the forecast for the evening. Yay for Nebraska weather!

I want to echo what Nuwin said about Williamson Honda in Lincoln, Nebraska, US. We bought a MR Fit Base MT there about a week after Nuwin did. We talked to dealers in 3 States, but found Williamson the best and most forthright to work with. No games, no hassle, no hidden costs, and what we thought was a great up-front price. Their price was "out the door" with no unexpected charges, no extras we didn't want, and no surprises when we picked up the car. We feel we got a great price (about $135 under MSRP for the Base Fit MT with cargo cover, spash guards, and carpeted floor mats thrown in). We strongly recommend them to anyone in the Midwest.
Who was your dealer? We have used their internet sales manager Ron McLain for the last 2 Hondas.
I have bought all 7 of my Hondas from Williamson's. They will go above and beyond all expectations to make the deal work and take care of you.
I'm glad to see you were treated well!

I def would give Williamson Honda a big thumbs up!!! We looked all over Nebraska for my BOM Fit Sport and they were the only one's to come up with one available in a week. Ron gave us an amazing price that I know laugh when I hear what others paid or are willing to pay to get a Fit!
I have purchase Hondas from Williamsons Honda in Lincoln, NE for over 30 years. I even came to Lincoln to buy Hondas from them ( in Lincoln visiting family) when I lived in different states. I have been back living in Lincoln for about 10 years now and can say from experience that they are #1 in all areas from sales to service. I wish they had a car wash option when getting oil changed. Keep up the great work Kevin McCarville and the rest of the Honda gang!
I sure changed my mind on WILLIAMSON HONDA in Lincoln NE ! My O8 Fit TWB Sport had the hiccups/stutter problem mentioned in other threads here and I took it in to get it fixed. The service department person was very rude and down right pompous. "Never heard of such thing, we don't have any problems with our Fits, etc., etc." Like I made the whole thing up just to go visit! They found a loose wire from the EGR and said that will be $170.00 some dollars. Oh, they had to run this whole battery of expensive test to find the problem when it was right in front of them and it was my fault for not connnecting the wire. Yup, I told them what I thought of that. I bought back a loaner car the salesman got for me, went in to pay and was standing there with my check book at the cashier and the serice dept. manager comes over & announces in a loud, cocky, arrogant voice in front of other workers and customers that I was no longer welcome at WILLIAMSON HONDA, LINCOLN NE. (same guy that had the wrong oil put in one of my cars a few years back and I called him on it.) They did not give me my spare key/remote back to me and I had to call and request it so they sent it in the mail about a week later! Oh, by the way the loaner car leaked oil on my nice clean garage floor. Yup, I threw in a few cuss words when they told me how much it would cost, etc. but I was on the edge with their rudeness. ( earlier when I drove my car in to get the loaner car the service person practically shoved the keys to the loaner car in my face as I was trying to get out of my car and get my cane under me for balance to stand up.) Seems he was pissed I got a loaner when he had told me earlier I would not get a loaner and they will "drop me right off and get me later." There are couple of rude, hot heads in the service department at WILLIAMSON HONDA in Lincoln NE. The service manger thinks he is so powerful and full of himself. I am gathering FACTS and will work with Honda national headquarters and the BBB. Do not do business with WILLIAMSON HONDA in Lincoln NE. SPREAD THE WORD!!
Hi everyone, this is Ron McLain with Williamson Honda. First let me say thank you for all the kind words. It is always great to hear that the work you do is appreciated. I have been selling Hondas here at Williamson Honda for over 20 years and it is something I really enjoy.
One reason is the product. American Honda has always been on top of its game. They keep designing and building products that are refreshing, reliable, value retaining and environmentally on target. I have been associated with other makes and Honda by far has been the most customer friendly.
The second reason I enjoy what I do, is the dealership. Our employees are fantastic many have been here longer than me. Over the years Williamson Honda and our employees have won many awards from both American Honda and the local community. We feel like we are not your normal dealership and that the customer experience is what is most important.
As good as we try to be though there can be breakdowns in the process and we continue to try to improve. Jaime, you have been very vocal about how you feel about our service department. Unfortunately I am not familiar with your situation, but I know it is not the norm. All I can do is apologize for the issue and hope we have learned from it.
A business’s reputation is not only very important, but also a challenge to maintain. I wish I could have read this forum sooner to try to address this issue then.
Honda may tell us that 98% of our customers are happy, but that still leaves a few people that are not. We have to constantly work to improve.
Thanks again.
