Ordered a T1R Front Sway Bar on 11/14/08. Jason corresponded with me several times by e-mail for payment. To avoid the 4% paypal fee, I requested payment via phone. Unfortunately, I could not make a long distance call with my phone to Canada. Jason then contacted me a few times and was patient throughout the process and honored the sale price even the transaction was settled after the sale date.

My item was received within 2 weeks via UPS Standard. Box appears to be undamaged. Really happy with the service.
