With the way the xenon industry is changing, we thought it was only appropriate to introduce a more price-friendly option for those looking to convert their lighting with an HID kit while staying with Xenith Xenons as their provider. However, we didn't want to sacrifice quality for a cheaper kit as a lot of budget HID kits either had a higher defective rate or did not offer a slim ballast design.

With the GEN HID kit, we can offer a slim ballast conversion kit without a premium price tag. At $59.95, this is the lowest-priced complete HID kit Xenith Xenons has ever offered. What's more, we're very proud to offer this product at this price because of the quality behind it. And because of this, we can offer the same 1-year warranty on the kit just like all of our other products. Our goal with this product is to offer a more price-friendly option both to our existing and new customers.

Plug and play wiring harness

The temperatures offered with our GEN kit is different than the 3G. We offer 3000K, 5000K, 6000K, 8000K, and 10000K. We do not offer custom colors with our GEN product lineup.


Please note that unlike our 3G kits, the 5000K matches the OEM 4300K color, the 6000K is pure white, and 8000K is a light crystal blue. Please keep this in mind when ordering the right color option for your car.

question:

i'm interested in a set of H4 and h11's but have a question: will this create a significant draw on the already weak battery that comes with GE8's?

i'm kinda a newb when it comes to this and need to know prior to tamering with the car's lighting.....

No they will not. It is true that HIDs take an above-average amount of power during start-up but with a good and efficient HID kit, that should only last a fraction of a second. This will not harm your battery. Once running, HIDs use less power than halogen bulbs.
