Not to rob a thread from Hondaforlife but we've decided to make this charity car show as our official meet for April 2010. Many thanks to Hondaforlife for sharing this with us.

This event not only sounds interesting but we would be doing this for a good cause. I hope that all members can come out to support our club and the cause. Considering the location, please make necessary preparations for a fun filled day of driving, in your Fit. We will gradually be updating this thread with meeting spot and other inquiries/requests.

I'll have more details on the caravan as it gets closer to the date.
The meet point will be somewhere in north Jersey, and as we head south, we'll be meeting up with more cars.

I was more like thinking our own club's meet point. Not too fond of a caravan of other tuned cars along the Jersey roads. That attracts too much po po.

I went 2 years ago in a fully modded car loud and all in a caravan of cars about a mile long.. no 1 got stopped... I think we should all go to the meet spots and ride with the caravan together but we stay at our own pace.. the ride down with all those cars is part of the expirience.. I don't think we should miss on the large caravan but keep ours seperate from it with our pace car leading the way of our team.

Also we can regroup at the meet spots if sum 1 fell behind to keep us together ..

From what I hear, we need to get there before the caravan gets there because the caravan will take up the majority of the parking spaces. This means leaving early or starting the drive down there early. It was also not recommended by others for us to drive with the caravan. They have witnessed many incidents with the po po along the way. I think we have enough fun as a club by ourselves during our driving to meets and sharing the road with the general public.

 

It is better to get there early so if we meet up we should do so early and leave with enough time to have hit a rest stop on the way since it is long trip.. and get there on time, the GSP is the best way to take so maybe we can meet at wired and take rt1S to rt9 S to the GSP.. just wanna help u set up since I've been there b4
