Hi guys, I'm from Chicago. Im considering flying over to NY to pick it up. but does anyone know if this person is on this forum or know any history on it?

Text/Call the guy and tell him to record a couple of drives for a certain amount of time, then probably make him stop at a police station and if they don't stop him and the car sounds good then go for it.;)
