Winter's here!
 

Woke up this morning to a good dusting of snow and the missus building the first fire of the year in the fireplace. Gotta love it! Because of Halloween, the Fit was in the garage and the big, old rusty truck in the driveway, so Deep Purple's winter baptism will wait until another day.

It gets even better. The wife decided to celebrate with biscuits and gravy, maple-cured bacon, and a couple of eggs over easy. The cats are curled up on the hearth rug taking it all in.
