ECU & "engine running" signal question
How does the ECU know the engine's running? Does it use an alternator
output signal, or does it use the RPM pickup in the distributor? Also, what's the purpose of the Starter Signal as used by the EFI main relay? Is it only to energize the fuel pump relay while the engine's cranking? -- TeGGeR® The Unofficial Honda/Acura FAQ www.tegger.com/hondafaq/ |
