So, are they making 500 a year? Or is it just 500 and thats it?
If its 500 Mugen Civics a year then that doesnt make it rare. There will just be a line up of people waiting, but they will get one.

If its 500 and THATS IT, I consider that rare.

We got ours here at Penske as well. From what I heard, there is supposed to be 1,000 total produced.
