Stubby Honda Antenna: Do they work well?
Hi there
Quick question for those of you who actually have a short, stubby antenna (as those seen on the MDX and the Civic SI (or SiR in Canada). Do they work well? No static or anything in FM reception? Thanks! |

Re: Stubby Honda Antenna: Do they work well?
The antenna is for a Sat/Nav system and really has nothing to do with the
AM/FM stereo system. The Radio antenna is in the back window. "MAT" <marcoat*RM_@SPAM_*hotmail.com> wrote in message news:TLqdnaX5aJtk6N_eRVn-jA@comcast.com... Oh, thanks. I did not know that. But surely, the civic does not
have navi or sat? All late model Si (SiR) has this little antenna... Re: Stubby Honda Antenna: Do they work well?
Could be Satellite Radio. They are really small.

Re: Stubby Honda Antenna: Do they work well?
The advantage of FM over AM is that FM does not have static....

Re: Stubby Honda Antenna: Do they work well?
No, but a weak stereo signal will have audio "snow" or hiss.
