How do you plan to smooth all of this out and is it going to be fiberglass or carbon fiber finished.
One concern is how heavy will it be when you finish?

I'm using fiberglass maybe I'll get the front fenders copied in cf or fg depends on price (the front fender still has the stock steel under) and I'm still getting a $4,000 supercharger (not pocket money for me) I don't really smooth it out much more than you see cuz the fg is lumpy as sh!# when it's harden as for weight I cut out most of the bumpers and remove most of the foam. An added cf hood to help reduce. I plan on adding like 70lb 80lbs I'll weigh the car without sub and empty tank then compare with what the dealer says also I'm not building a race car so weights not a big issue for me

I luv people that sit around thinking all the time and actually acting on it.. There's nothing to fear but fear itself! You took on a tremendous challenge and I can't wait to see the final results.
Do you have an estimated time for completion?

Grill mesh on the side holes, cover the top hole like you said and maybe two dual tips side by side in the lower hole... jus sayin'...You got so much time vested here, just finish it and get another one if you're not completely satisfied with it....

Thanks.
First, I'm not really doing it 100% correct
It's the wrong type of foam like someone said before and I'm using a hot glue gun to hold it up
A tip in case you think of trying something this big, buy a small die cast model of your car to give you a better picture of the finished product
Most of the time it ends up looking nothing like the pic or it only looks good from one angle oh and don't do it to your only car!
