with out even being able to see the pics I know exactly what tires these are. They have been talking about them for YEARS and a little bit of info seems to pop up about them every now and then

Imagine cleaning those tires on a street car, those things are like extra spokes.
It could probably house 400 spiders, their webs, leaves, gum, twigs, plastic bottles, and whatever else people try to jam into it. I don't even know if these are the tires Vinny was talking about though haha. |

Put an outer layer of rubber on the tires...the ones shown were built that way to demonstrate the technology....
