They are really hating on the Civic. For the engine size power is good and mpg is even better. The interior is plain but is no different than other Civics. I had more rattles in the Fit. Its not a race car and steering is better then the Accord.

Like this comment "Though it can't match the C's stellar mpg, the Honda Fit scored much higher in our tests and costs thousands less."

It lost all credibility when they recommended the mazda CX9 over the edge. That really shows some bias since the CX9 and edge share the same chassis and drive train.

The Fit was in the dealership last week and they loaned me a Civic. I will agree with the reviewer about the steering, it handled like a tank. I was glad to get out of it.

Those guys are fools. The Prius C is anything but loud and it rides better than a new Accord. 'Tis a wonderful econo car.

I've owned a few more cars than the average person (hyundi elantra, subaru impreza, subaru sti, honda civic, nissan 4x4, toyota tacoma, mazzda 3) currently the fit and Prius C, and they are full of shit. It's pretty quite, roomy, handles good and is comfortable, pretty good space, plenty of power, (pretty quick up to 40) cheap to insure, 100 less than the fit for 6 months and I can double the fuel economy on certain routes, 10k oil changes, and am averaging 56mpg calculated.
