Debuts later this month in L.A.

A couple of images allegedly depicting the 2015 Subaru WRX have surfaced the web, only a few hours after Subaru released a teaser.
These two photos have not been confirmed to be legit at this moment but chances are they are since the front fascia is on par with the teaser photo. Even if these aren't one hundred percent accurate, the renders provide us with a pretty complete image of what to expect from the 2015 WRX which will be revealed later this month at the Los Angeles Autohttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png Show.
While the WRX concept was stunning, the production version fails to be as impressive since it basically looks like a beefed up Imprezahttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png which isn't necessarily wrong but many of us were expecting more. Under the hood it will reportedly have a 4-cylinder, 2.5-liter engine developing at least 265 bhp (198 kW).
Expect to find out more very soon as we are getting closer to November 19 when the L.A. Auto Show will open its doors for the press.

Previewed the WRX concept, the production model has an aggressive front fascia with a prominent grille that is flanked by LED-infused headlights. We can also see a new front bumper and a familiar ram air hood.
The company declined to release specifications but previous reports have indicated the model could use a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that develops at least 265 bhp (198 kW).
The WRX will be shown alongside a mysterious "design concept model" but there's no word on what it will be.

Subaru has released a new promotional video that highlights the 2015 WRX.
Recently unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the WRX has a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine boxer that produces 268 bhp (200 kW) and 258 lb-ft (349 Nm) of torque. It can be connected to a six-speed manual or an optional Sport Lineartronic CVT that has a Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-DRIVE) system with three different modes: Intelligent, Sport and Sport Sharp. Performance specifications haven't been released but Dominick Infante says the carhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png can accelerate from 0-60 mph in "just over" five seconds with a manual transmission.
The car's styling won't win everyone over but the cabin comes nicely equipped with sport seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and an automatic climate control system. Customers can also order heated front seats, leather upholstery, GPS navigation and a 440-watt Harman / Kardon audio system.
