yah, im in the upper midwest and sitting at 1F right now. a little chilly to be doing any decal installs.. lol ;) good call on not rushing the decal install in colder weather.

i tried a big piece like that in colder weather one time and it was a biotch to install vs summer time.

have a happy 2018!

Bad Winter Storm/ Good Bye Old Friend!

The storm destroyed our magnolia tree last night, 10" of snow and 50 mph gusts.

All of our kids and their friends climbed that tree for many years. (It was 28 years old)
My youngest daughter called me at work and said that some tree's branches broke in the storm last night Daddy.
Sad day when I saw this.
So it was decided by the kids to keep the old tree because it was a "good climbing tree'
So here the lipo suction tree:

Before:
And done.

Holy Grail on a 4 gen Integra

This is a little project that is finally rebuilt. When you see an Integra the antenna is 90% of the time pulled all the way out as was mine, but that was just wrong, lol. After a lot of research and getting another one I finally got the original working properly.
Yeah ; ^ )

Triple Pod ready for the race track

This came with the mother load of parts last month. Sprayed with plastic dip. If ever there where a worthless product plastidip is it. Xylene will dissolve it pretty quick.

nice job on the antenna. those things were a bitoch to maintain. people were physically breaking (bending) them left and right too. :D

for interior bits, i use this spray paint rattle can by SEM. its good stuff for those a-pillars and other interior projects. its got a nice black matte finish.

Finally the snow is gone and the salt! Seems like a month. So to celebrate me and Hailie took the covers off the Integra and went for a ride. Felt even better than before.
We talked and had a good ol time.
Another sunny day here tomorrow and a good time to take another cruise.
We washed 3 vehicles today and cut to fit a set on mud flaps for my customer. All in all it sure was a goodun.
: )

The temperature went up to 66 degrees and you would have thought it was 4th of July with the whole neighborhood out!!
