Is there a consolidated place to see GK weight reduction? That is, aftermarket parts v. OEM parts and how much weight one can drop off this car?

Also, any list of weight reduction mods out there for the GK? Like, take out the back seats, save 60 lbs, etc.

I wont be going as crazy, but I did shed some weight on the wheels/tires dept. My new wheels weigh 10.9 lbs and tires weigh 16 lbs. IIRC, oem steelies for lx models and oem tires come out to about 40 lbs per corner.

 

OEM axleback: 4.1kg
HKS Silent Power: 3.0kg

2.2 pounds. Saw it on a youtube video where they weighed them and installed the HKS.

Maxxis Victra VR-1 22.3 lbs
Shaved 6.7 lbs off each corner so far...
