FS: *RARE* SHOWA tuning sports shocks

As title stated I'm looking to sell this set of SHOWA sports suspension that I used on my 07-08 Honda Fit (GD3) before. I've used them for about 30,000km or so. They're not leaking, just that I upgraded to something else after.

SHOWA manufactured a LOT of hydraulic products for Honda for many years, including some of the Honda race bikes back in the 500cc GP days(maybe they still do). They've also manufactured shocks & coilovers for big Japanese tuners like Mugen, Spoon & J's racing. That's the reason why I purchased brand new from Asia awhile ago because their valving design worth the money.

Anyway so the shocks will come with front Eibach pro-kit lowering springs & rear T1R ver.1 lowering spring. I used T1R rear spring is just because the Eibach rear spring was way too soft & way too low for my taste causing rubbing issue on very conservative wheel & tire setup. So I swapped out the Eibach rear & used T1R to get better cornering performance.

The suspension does not come with sway bar end links or strut tower top hats. You can simply use the stock ones that you got.

The only bad thing about this setup is a bolt broke & stucked in one of the rear shock's bottom bushing (u can see the in the very last picture) even I've applied anti-seize on the bolt during installation. Require drilling out the broken bolt or get a brand new bushing & lower bolt from Honda & get that replaced.

This is the perfect choice if you are looking for something that will firm up the ride a little bit and responsive while still comfortable enough even driving on the worst section on Kingsway.

Probably the one of the very few sets of Showa tuning shocks here in Vancouver.

Asking for $325 OBO for the shocks, and the lowering springs will come with the shocks setup.
