TW: A Spec Products Full Titanium Shift Knob

EDIT: THIS ITEM IS FOR SALE NOW

I would like to sell my titanium shift knob from A Spec Products. It has been used for one day. I'd like to see if anybody in SoCal is interested and would like to pick up locally. I wander in the triangle between South Orange County to Long Beach to Pomona.

I am looking to let it go for edit: price is $70. I'm pretty firm on the price because i have barely used it, so it really is practically brand new. Thank you! Included is a picture of the knob that i took this morning, and here's a link to the thread by A Spec Products: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/spec...ift-knobs.html

I am looking to let it go for $80 (got it for $90). I'm relatively firm on the price because i have barely used it, so it really is practically brand new. and remember, this is TW (testing waters). i am looking for a new knob but i am not selling this knob 100% certain. we'll see how it goes. Is it a screw on type of knob? How well does the knob feel when driving?

yea it's screw-on like OEM. the knob is weighted so engages the gears smoother than the OEM knob. i felt that difference right away and if you're going from OEM to this knob you will feel the difference too. it's a good knob (and it better have been because of the price haha).

I can't really tell, but is the knob engraved with aspec's logo on top? Also, are you willing to ship?

Thanks.

yes there is a logo on top, i'm not sure if it's engraved or printed to tell you the truth, but you can feel its texture there. it's kinda like how the ipods had stuff printed on the back metallic face (those original ipods). i am willing to ship but the cost of shipping would have to come from the buyer. it also comes with a little screw type thing that goes inside the shift knob, just to take up space when you screw the knob onto the shifter. it also includes an allen wrench which is used to adjust how far that screw thing in the shifter is. the reason that is there is so that you can adjust the available thread in the knob so that you can make the ASpec logo lined up however you want when the knob is fully screwed on. In that photo, i don't have the screwy piece inside the knob, and if you look closely you can see that the ASpec logo is almost parallel to a line drawn from the rear of the car to the front.

if you want the knob, let me know. for sale now

i just edited my first post, i am trying to sell this shift knob as of right now. It had been sitting around in a box in my room ever since my last post in this thread, and i had pretty much forgotten about it. Price is $70 local pick up, or plus shipping if you want it shipped. I'd prefer local pick up much more, and we could just meet halfway somewhere. there is a TINY bit of very light scratches on the knob because i was rubbing it against another one of my shift knobs after i made this thread, but i am almost certain that i can polish it out because my other knob was scratched and i spent 5 minutes polishing it with mother's metal polish and it was pretty much completely restored.

let me know if any of you are interested.

to moderators: i am trying to sell my shift knob now, but i don't know if it's better to start a new thread with "FS" in the title and include a link to this thread, or just to try to edit this one and have one of you change the title from "TW" to "FS." please do what you have to do or pm me and let me know if i've done something wrong or if there is any action i need to take.
