becauseleds are so efficient, they will do this you can get a resistor and put between hot and ground and this will stop, but will not hurt any thing. mine does the same but my wife's does not.

definitely a good purchase, easy install and a great look. practical and looks good, you cant beat that combo at a good price too.

I think the dimming issue isnt the led problem. I think it's the car. Try another car. Also if it is the led. Try purchasing 5050 type led. These are the small led which is 1206 or 1210. Basically 12mmx6mm

should last for a while ive had mine for about 2 years with no probs.
