what makes the ajr edition any different from the normal one?

hmm. it looks like the ajr edition is an all blue tip, instead of just a partially blue tip?

J's Racing has a partial blue or all blue tip. Not sure how the AJR is different. Fitment maybe? Anyways, that's a good price! Too bad your not taking trades + cash. =(

I believe the ajr is longer to match the usdm bumper.

LOUD. Especially at about 70mph. Its like WAAAAAAHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN. Can get aggravating to some. Only if i got a chick in the car and she wants to talk does it bother me. And i don't even have a radio in the vehicle at the moment either.

yeah the J's is hella loud. a price to pay to be hella JDM. LOL!

Its an attention grabber too. I get looks everynow and then. Probably wake up the people in my trailor park too. I haven't heard mine when its being driven yet tho. So i don't really know how loud it is from the outside

The exhaust is not that loud .... Spoon N1 is louder ....

how come further up in this thread you call it the ajr edition exhaust too, but now you're calling it fake? did you find something out about ajr's claims?

I won't deny that I wrote that. That was before I established a J's Racing account with PPI. If anyone's met me, they know I'm crazy for J's Racing and hope to build an AP1 soon as well as a DC5.

I'm not on their website because I didn't make a purchase of $5,000. However, I know the dealer very well. You'll notice I can order things that other dealers can't get. E.g. J's Mode clothing, J's Racing accessories, J's Racing LEDs.

I really can't comment on this too much because its up to J's Racing on how they are going to pursue it. However, as a distributor, I wondered how this exhaust could sell for $450. It was impossible for me and my dealer to even get in that price range wholesale.

I did more research and the rest is history. I'm not trying to flame any business or anyone on this site. It sucks to buy something fake. Right now, I'm questioning the authenticity of the Spoon ETD I purchased.

AJ Racing did alot of things for the J's Racing brand like creating their Time Attack AP1. Its an awesome car and did very well on the track. Last news I heard, it was selling for $30K! That's a steal considering all the parts on it. Unlike N1 Concepts, whom just bought their AP1 car from J's Racing and placed their labels on it, AJ built that car from the ground up.

However, if a product was made by them, then it should of been labeled as T1R. I have no idea where this exhaust was made. This same AJ ed. 50R was purchased a few months ago from AJ Racing and examined by J's Racing of Japan. It was not found to be one of their products. That's the photographs pictured.

I won't make any more posts on this topic. Yasu of PPI will make an offical statement on these threads later and that will be the end of this topic. I believe everyone on this site has the information they need to make an educated decision.

Every J's exhaust has a badge on it. There are only two models for GD3. 50RP and 50RB. Polished and blue. Even the new 304R has a badge.
